Penrose

Occupying a gently sloping corner site in the heart of industrial Penrose, this building was designed to meet the owners requirements to deliver a mix of showroom, office and warehousing space to appeal to a wide range of potential tenants.

This was achieved by providing a fully glazed showroom space on the ground floor with mezzanine offices above. These are connected by a sculptural curved stair.

The high-stud warehouse at the rear of the site is visually connected to the more refined showroom and office by an Alucobond blade wall, behind which three levels of stairs connect the work levels with a generous basement parking level.

The owners desire for a quality project has been rewarded with happy long-term tenants who appreciate the mixed use that the building offers.
