Resource consent has been granted for this apartment development, occupying a sloping site tucked just over the ridge from Rothesay Bay and located close to Rangitoto College.

The project is to have 2 buildings, each containing five levels of apartments over a shared car-parking podium. A total number of 126 apartments is provided with floor areas from 45m2 up to 95m2.

Providing a range of 1- 2 bedroom units with generous outdoor living balconies, the development is aimed at a growing segment of the market which is looking to enjoy the amenities the area has to offer without the hassle and expense of a standalone dwelling. Set in well landscaped surrounds, the development occupies the middle ground between urban and suburban sensibilities.

The design for the apartment block is the final stage of the development with the preceding stages – apartments with commercial and accommodation premises occupying the street frontage – currently nearing completion.
